Chambers Island on the low tide

The birds were in full song this morning as I crossed the bridge out to Chambers Island. Young magpies and cockatoo’s busily picked through the died out mud mud flats and pelicans skimmed effortlessly across the still water. Seems everything was out to enjoy this incredible run of beautiful weather.

Eventually the main attraction appeared, took a bow through a curtain of cloud and busily got on with the task of lighting the day.
