A Sunshine Beach Classic Saturday

Smoker under a smoky sun
Im not sure if its because its Saturday and Im not in a rush, or just because it was an exceptional morning; maybe its a bit of both but I was drawn into spending a little more time just soaking up the atmosphere that was apparent even as I turned up at Sunshine Beach. It was a smoky cloud that bore no intent to colour the suns arrival and the waves lined up neatly on the emerging sand banks, smooth faces gliding through the still air.
Having finished with the wide angle lens I reached for the long sensor and snapped away with some jealousy as surfers and SUP’s made the most of the clean conditions.
end of the wave
So now I felt the most appropriate thing to do was to indulge in a long, slow coffee at my favourite Noosa cafe (Le Monde) and take some time before I return to the whirlwind of activity that awaits!
